Sales & margin goals are met quarterly & year-to-date.
One new key account is opened per quarter.
Weekly calendar is updated by Monday with appt. including contact's name averaging 5 sales calls/day.
EVP receives funnel updates during biweekly meeting.
Each sales call has an agenda or plan made prior to appt.
EVP receives 1 new prospect questionnaire weekly on acct capable of $25,000 annual sales.
Every order placed is with a partnering vendor or approval is received for an unauthorized vendor.
Rep is knowledgeable of all (Company) product lines.
Annual marketing plan is followed.
All possible product lines are being sold to all customers.
TRBs are kept to a minimum (.5% of sales volume or recurring errors.)

| 2. Maintain customer contact |
Current customers are presented with new products & solutions continually.
All customer calls are returned within 24 hours.
Person-to-person calls are made on weekly, biweekly & monthly basis depending on account size & need which will be monitored through call reports.
Customers are contacted prior to delivery on products or services of a critical nature.
Customer is contacted after delivery of new product/service to ensure customer satisfaction.
Customer complaints are resolved within 24 hours.
Customer database is current with contact names, position title & other pertinent information relating to sales.
No "validated" customer complaint on the sales rep is received.
Sales rep is out of the office on sales calls 9am-4pm except lunch & sales meetings, if appt. ends early or prospecting phone calls are being made.

All weekly sales meetings & company sponsored training events are attended.
Referrals are sent to Xerox sales reps.
Cooperation is given to other departments by following company policies & procedures.
VPO's requests are responded to in a timely manner.
Product consultation is provided as requested.
Presentation assistance is provided as requested.
Weekly sales meetings are attended & participation is received.

| 4. Achieve Education goals |
All company's divisional value added services can be effectively demonstrated.
Training or Continuing Ed classes are taken if necessary in order to help reach sales & margin goals.
