Client Service Representative

Skill Requirements:

1. 3 years working in a customer service or sales support capacity.

12. Computer literate i.e. experience working in a PC environment with windows, word processing, excel, and the Internet.

13. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision within the guidelines of assigned projects and company policies.

Job Description: Provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers.

1. Orders: Process customer purchase orders according to company policy and follow through the order and billing cycle to ensure customer expectations are met or exceeded. Document all order activity according to company policy (client inquiries, acknowledgements, proofs, delivery commitments, etc.)

2. Quotes: Sources and estimates products according to company policy for resale to customers and compiles information in a fashion easily reviewed by the account executive, quotes customers when required according to company policy.

3. Client Service Tasks: Performs Client Service tasks such as taking quote requests and orders, responding to internal and external customer questions, inquiries, problems, and requests, checks order status, check acknowledgements, facilitates proofs, makes releases from inventory, runs reports, and communicates pertinent information to appropriate parties which may include sales, accounting and management.

4. Vendor Relations: Is instrumental in fostering and maintaining vendor relationships according to company policy including professional representation of [Company] and courteous communication?

4. Correspondence: Professionally handles correspondence with manufacturers, Sales, Clients, and Management verbally, via phone, mail, email, and in writing.

5. Customer Intimacy: Initiates customer intimacy

6. Deadlines: Meets deadlines.

7. Data: Maintains integrity of data on [company] systems through complete and accurate data entry.

8. Training: Participates in training sessions made available to gain knowledge of [company] systems, processes and procedures as well as the market in general. Participates in cross training for coverage of internal operation upon co-worker’s absence.

Minimum Education Level: High School Diploma

Minimum Experience: 3 years of experience working in a customer service or sales support position, printing industry experience preferred.

1. Enrollment in health and life insurance plans. Company contribution =

full payment for two person family.

2. Vacation: One week paid after 6 months of employment. 2 weeks

paid after 1 year of employment. 3 weeks paid after 5 years of employment.

3. Holidays: New Year’s Day, Patriot’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving Day & day after, Christmas Day and one other.

4. Sick Days: Eligible after 90 days of employment: 5 days per year.

5. Personal Days: Eligible after 90 days of employment: 2 per year.
