- Click on Distributor Networking Search.
- Click on "Search all 101 Questions." This loads all of
the questions from the Networking survey. Press Ctrl+F. This
brings up a text search box. Type "disaster" and click on
"Find Next." You'll find two questions--Numbers 87 and 88--
with the word "disaster" as follows:
87. Has your office ever been damaged by fire, flood or
other natural disaster?
88. Does your firm have a disaster recovery plan?
- When you click on the box next to Question 88, a check
mark appears. Click on the "Submit Search" button to find a
list of everyone in the database who has answered "yes" to
that question. We get 116 responses. Let's narrow it down
and get only those companies who are D4s and above--those
companies with annual sales volumes of $2.5 million or more.
We do this by clicking on all the company size boxes from D4
to D10 at the top of the page. This narrows the responses to
58. If we wanted results of D4s and D5s only (from $2.5
million to $12 million in sales), we would click only on
those boxes. (To remove a check mark from a box, click on it
again.) This narrows the responses to 23.
- The responses show us the company name, size, city and
state, email address and phone number. By clicking on the
company name, we can see the company's address, contact
name, fax and toll free numbers, web address and email
address.
