PageMaker is the Desktop Publishing application used by Distributor Company. Files provided in any other application are, as a rule, imported and or converted into PageMaker for output. Illustrator and PhotoShop are used to create graphics that are imported into PageMaker. The only graphic files that the Art Department can guarantee output for are .eps (encapsulated postscript) and .tif (tagged image format). Graphics provided in a Word Processing format generally cannot be output or used.

ON-SITE CYCLE COUNT (OCC)
- Par levels are determined via a joint effort between Distributor Company and (Client).
- In each department, an area is dedicated to active form storage and each space is labeled by Distributor Company.
- Each week we visit your departments and count forms in stock to determine the amount of forms necessary to maintain your par levels.
- We deliver directly to your departments and stock the forms the next working day.
- Consolidated invoices by department are generated weekly. Signed delivery receipts will be attached if requested.
- Distributor Company's Account Representative will notify (Client) immediately of any changes in schedules, deliveries or services.

- Inventory Analysis Report Lists all forms by form number, name, quantity on order, usage, issue quantity, quantity at Distributor Company, and pricing.
- Reorder Notices All stock forms at a predetermined level (usually 12 weeks) automatically generate when below level and are provided to department heads for changes and authorization to print. A form will never be ordered without proper authorization.
- Usage Report Provides monthly departmental usage on all stock and non-stock forms (a useful tool for budget purposes).
- Inactive Forms Notice
Alerts (Client) of forms with no activity during the previous 7 months - promotes reduction in obsolete inventory.
