research newsletter. The PERF
Print Report will focus
on industry-specific research
that will help guide your
company through challenging
times.
The PERF Print Report is
aimed at DMIA members and
the printing industry at large.
The PERF-sponsored research
is being conducted in conjunction
with Clemson University, California
Polytechnic State University,
BFMA International and DMIA.
In this issue, we’ll
examine print buyers’ needs
and behaviors. We’ll
define what print buyers want
from the printer/buyer relationship,
and provide some perspective
on how to use the information.
The PERF Print Report’s mission
is to help print providers
evolve in a constantly changing
marketplace. PERF recognizes
that successful printers today
must prepare for changes in
the industry and adapt quickly.
We welcome your feedback,
contributions, ideas, and
suggestions for improvement.
