Members-Only Login

The DMIA Web site contains members-only areas that make up the heart of the site. Usernames and passwords ensure that only DMIA members can access these sections. Each DMIA member company is assigned a user name and password upon joining DMIA. When you have reached a members-only section of the DMIA web site, you will be prompted to enter your user name and password.

What is my User Name?
Your user name is usually your six digit membership number. Often this number begins with two zeroes, for example: 001111. Companies that joined DMIA after 2001 often do not need the two leading zeroes in their username. Theirs is usually a four digit number, for example: 1111.

What is my Password?
Your password is assigned by DMIA and sent to you when you join. If you cannot remember your password, you may call

Principals-Only Login

Certain sections of the site are restricted to owners and executives of DMIA member companies. These areas are protected by a second level of user name and password. These areas are: Independent Management Report (IMR), Contracts and Compensation.

Principals who need login information may call (800) 336-4641, or . If you are not listed as a principal in DMIA's membership database, we will need permission in writing from your company principal before providing login information.

Source Hotline Online Login

Each individual employee from a DMIA member company has his or her own unique password for the Source Hotline Online. When you attempt to log on to the online hotline, you'll be prompted to activate your password. Within a few moments, your password will be emailed to you.

Who's Who Login

DMIA members can search the Who's Who Online using their company username and password (see members-only login above). However, to make updates or changes to company records within the Who's Who Online, users must be designated company principals. After clicking on the "Update Your Member Record" link, users will be asked to enter a username and password to determine if they are principals with the ability to make record changes. These usernames and passwords are unique to the Who's Who Online and different for each individual. Your general Principals-Only login (see above) will not work for the Who's Who Online.
