On any typical day, DMIA's Source Hotline takes the pulse of what is happening in distributors' businesses. The Source Hotline staff handles over 43,000 requests per year. Not only has the number of calls gone up year after year, but the calls themselves are increasingly complex. In most cases, the caller has a detailed list of requirements that we must match with our database of suppliers.
